We do not sell private personal communications.

TLCD may process and store information in the United States or other countries.
When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain information based on the Apple and Google store rules and formats:
- As long as your account is active
- As needed to provide Services
- As required by law or for safety, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
Some content may delete automatically based on feature design or user settings.
Deletion timing cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Our Audience & Teens
- The Services are for users 13 years and older. Subscription approved by Child’s Adult/legal representative.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
- Teen accounts may have:
- Reduced visibility
- Feature restrictions
- Additional safety protections
If we learn a user is under the required age, we will delete the account and data.
8. Your Regional Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data
- Object to or limit certain processing
