Due to the limited and custom nature of Laminated Card™ merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@thelaminatedcard.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (missing item, incorrect item, or production defect), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Apparel and merchandise purchased in the wrong size
- Limited edition or promotional items
